Q: What is the difference between Sales Training and Referral Training?
A: Sales Training typically focuses on how to prospect for and close new business. Referral training, as provided by Referral Institute, focuses instead on how to be introduced to the right prospects who value your products and services and are currently looking for a trusted source from whom to purchase them.
 
Q: What is a 'real' business referral?
A: One example of a 'real' business referral is an introduction to a prospect you asked to meet who is in the market for your product or service. Another example would be a facilitated introduction to a key influencer who could, once he or she gets to know you, provide for a steady stream of referrals.
 
Q: Does the Referral Institute supply certified trainers with referrals?
A: The Referral Institute does receive requests for local trainers and we refer those individuals to our local operators.
