Return/Refund Policy

All requests for refund of registration fees must be made in writing. To do so, send an e-mail or call. Refund requests will only be considered prior to the date of the event registered for. After the event occurs, no refunds will be provided.

If an event is postponed or canceled due to extraordinary circumstances such as inclement weather, additional considerations may be made to accommodate registrants.
